We believe:

The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings; the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men; and the divine and final authority for the Christian’s faith and life.2Tim 3:16-17;2Pet 1:21; Rev 22:18-19; Psalm 119:89; John 12:47-48)

In one God, who is the creator of man and all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Gen 1:1; Isa 44:6; Matt 28:19; 2Cor 13:14; Duet 6:4)

That Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He was crucified for our iniquities, was buried, and on the third day he arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and exalted at the right hand of the Majesty on High. He is now our High Priest and Advocate. (John 1:1-14; Matt 1:18, 22-23; Heb 7:22-25, 8:1; 1Cor 15:1-4; 1John 2:1)

That the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and during this age to convict man, regenerate the believers, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower believers for godly living and service. (John 14:16, 25; John 16:7-14; 1John 2:27; Rom 8:9-16, 26, 27 )

That man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost and can obtain salvation and spiritual life only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. (Gen 1:27; John 3:5,7; Rom 1:18, 3:23, 5:12, 18-19)

In the existence of Satan as a personal being and fallen angelic creature of God, who is the open and declared enemy of God and man. (Job 1:6-7; Isa 14:12-17,14-15; Matt 4:12-17; 2Cor 4:3-4, 11:3, 14-15)

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believed, and that only those who received Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit, and thus become children of God. (Acts 4:12; Rom 5:8, 3:24, 6:23; Tit 3:5;John 1:12-13; Eph 2:8-9)

That water baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances to be observed by the church during the present age as testimonies before God and man (Matt 28:18-19; Rom 6:4;1Cor 11:23-26). They are not to be regarded as a mean of salvation.

That the true church is composed of all believers who through faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ. (Eph 2:11-12; 1Cor 12:13; Eph 1:23)

That Jesus Christ is the Lord and head of the Church, and that every local church has the right under Christ to decide and govern its own affairs. (Col 1:18; 1Cor 11:3; John 21:22)

That Christian, born of the Holy Spirit, is to live by the Spirit and yield himself to God, trusting God to keep him. (Gal 5:16-25; Col 2:6; Rom 6:13; John 10:28-29)

That Christian “living” includes Christian service; the winning of souls around us; and the preaching of the gospel to the ends of the earth. In carrying on this work, the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit, granted to every believer as he yields and trusts is essential. And in all of this service, prayer is to have the central place. (Matt 28:18-20; Acts 1:8, 5:32; 1Cor 12:7; Eph 3:18-20; John 14:12-14; Eph 6:18-19)

In the certain return of our Lord Jesus. (Tit 2:11-13; 1John 3:2-3)

In the bodily resurrection of the dead, of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord; and unbeliever to judgement and everlasting conscious punishment. (Matt 25:31-46, John 5:29; Rev 20:15)
